Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and supervise production staff to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
– Plan and schedule production to meet customer demands and deadlines.
– Ensure quality control and assurance in all production processes.
– Optimize production processes to reduce costs and improve productivity.
– Manage and maintain production equipment and machinery.
– Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production operations.
